We want you to be 100% satisfied.

We try to describe and photograph our items as best we can and we hope you agree. With that said, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we want to hear from you! Together we will address the situation.


Out of Stock Items

LunaBLOO designs will contact you immediately in the unforeseen event that you have purchased an item that is out of stock or unavailable.

Products made to order will take approximately 3 weeks to complete.


Payment

We accept Pay Pal method of payment. 

All orders must be paid in full in order for us to ship. If you have any questions regarding our payment policy send us a message and we would be happy to answer.


Pricing

LunaBLOO Designs reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice at our discretion.

All prices include GST and are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Prices do not include delivery – delivery charges will be applied accordingly.


Returns Policy 

Luna BLOO Designs understands the difficulty in inspecting a product when buying over the Internet. As we would like you to feel confident purchasing with us we are prepared to accept returns. 


Contact must be made within 3 days of receipt of your order and product must be received by LunaBLOO Designs within 10 days. All items must be returned in their packaging as they were received. Postage and handling in this situation is non refundable, however you will receive a full refund of purchase price.  


Shipping

All shipping costs will be provided in your shopping cart. All items are sent via Australia Post and all costs are standard.
